About us

We, Evelyn Kujawski, rent out two holiday apartments in El Sauzal on Tenerife, each for two people. Both accommodations are located in a quiet residential area at around 245 metres above sea level and are a good base if you want to explore the island by car. Bed linen and towels are included, and there is also a shared washing machine, ironing board and iron. Long-term stays are possible. From the terraces you can enjoy views of the sea and the mountains, and on clear days also of Mount Teide. The property includes a garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, an awning, parking and barbecue facilities. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet the motorway and places such as Puerto de la Cruz and La Laguna are quickly reached by car. Our two accommodations are located in El Sauzal in the north of Tenerife, at about 245 meters above sea level, in a quiet residential area. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the sea, the mountains and Mount Teide. The property includes a garden, a shared terrace, barbecue facilities and parking. The setting is peaceful and well suited for relaxing stays; a car is required. By car, you can reach the motorway quickly. Well-known places such as Puerto de la Cruz and La Laguna are also easy to get to. Costa El Sauzal with its newly laid paths is nearby and invites you to go for walks and hikes.

The beautiful, bright living area is spacious and welcoming. There are 2 loungers with good cushions for the terrace and several blankets available. We found it very pleasant that we could heat the apartment with a gas heater on cool evenings. There are plenty of towels for the bathroom and shower, as well as for the kitchen.
